We all love long, strong, and beautiful nails.
But not all of us have this gift from mother nature. Weak and brittle nails can be a normal sign of aging, as well as from using nail polishes fragrantly. In cold weather, nails become dry. Also, weak nails can be a sign of health issues.
I like when my nails are strong and long, but not always I can keep that way. Now, when I thinking back. I realized; when I lived in the village and I had my garden. Most of the days I spend doing something with the soil. Back then I never use glows. My nails were very strong and they grow fast. In wintertime, I always break them easily. In the summertime when I swim a lot, they were again stronger. Sun gives you vitamin D which helps nail growth.
So, I have done research
about how to straighten our nails at home. I was surprised how many remedies are used to improve nail growth and Streight. If we start from the kitchen and go true all house till the end of the bathroom, then we can find many materials that do the job.
recipes what I found, is the
100ml orange juice, 100ml olive oil, 1 clove of garlic
Chop the garlic and add to the orange juice. Then keep your hands in the juice and garlic mixture for about 10 minutes. After that wash your hands. Pour olive oil into the bowl and keep your hands for 5 minutes. Repeat this procedure twice a week. You won’t believe what you will see after 14 days.
Warm lemon juice and olive oil
50/50 then soak your nails for about 10 minutes. Also, you can cut lemon slice and just rub it your nails. In my experience, I cut the lemon in half and stick my fingers in it, then move your fingers like you would like to squeeze the juice. Its good vitamin dosage.
Vaseline
is another excellent moisturizer. You can massage Vaseline into your nails for better blood circulation. However, you can apply Vaseline on the hands and then put glows on. This lock-in the moisture. It’s better to do this before bedtime because you not going to use your hands while you sleep.
This one is very interesting.
Whitening toothpaste that contains soda. So, the recipe is – take 20-30 grams of toothpaste, add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix to get a smooth consistency. Allow mix sits for about 2-3 minutes. Then with cotton bud apply a reach layer of the mixture on each nail. With the cotton bud lightly massage your nails. Let sit mixture on your nails for at least 5 minutes, you can keep longer if you are not in a rush. After just wash your hands under warm water, and you are done.
Another method i found are, rub toothpaste in to your nails and leave overnight. In the morning wash off and moisture them.
warm-up extra virgin coconut oil. gently massage your hands and nails. Then leave overnight.
Same with the olive oil. Massage into your hands and nails, but this time wear gloves and leave overnight.
mix salt with water and oil. Can be olive oil or coconut oil. Dip your nails in it for 30 minutes. After wash and moisturize
Before bedtime
take 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Warm up the mixture, then dip your nails in it and keep for 10 minutes.
Freshly squeezed orange juice. Soak your nails for about 10 minutes. Then wash and moisturize.
Squeeze juice from the garlic,
but this time you can apply just on nails. Leave overnight. Avoid touch with the skin, which can lead to skin burn. This process helps prevents infections, fungus, bacterias, and viruses. Garlic stimulates growth.

of course, apart from these technics, we can buy ready use hardeners, straighteners. But in general, this all is up to you. Depends on your lifestyle, what we eat, how we eat, what Vitamins we use, how we sleep. Also, I found that, if we drink not enough water during the day, the nails lose hydration. There is Another very important thing, what I am doing as well; so I take biotin ( also known as vitamin b7)
All-time I was thinking wrong
I think that when we taking bath, this is the natural way how to moisturize the whole body. But not, how one doctor said water fallow water, so the water depletes in our bodies the longer we soak in it. It depletes the water from our nails too.
